About Us

The short version

We started Alphabet Gifts in 2024 because we got tired of the same present turning up at every birthday.

You know the one. The "World's Best Mum" mug. The novelty wine glass. The thing that ends up at the back of a drawer by Friday lunchtime.

So we set up a little design studio in Bracknell and started making the kind of gifts we'd actually want to give — and receive. Personalised properly. Designed in-house. Made fast. With a sense of humour when it suits, and quietly thoughtful when it doesn't.

What we do

We design and personalise gifts for the people in your life who deserve something that wasn't bought in a panic at a petrol station. Zodiac tins. Birth-flower kits. Vinyl chart chopping boards from the year someone was born. Candles that say what you actually mean. The occasional rude chocolate, when the moment calls for it.

Every piece is curated or designed by us, and the personalised ones are made to order in our UK studio.

Personalisation that doesn't take a fortnight

The dirty secret of personalised gifts is that most of the industry quietly assumes you've got two weeks to wait. We don't think that's a fair deal. Birthdays don't move. Nobody plans a leaving gift three weeks ahead.

So we built our studio to turn personalised orders around the same day, with next-day UK delivery as standard. Order before our daily cut-off and the personalised piece will be on someone's doormat tomorrow. Properly. Not a "we'll do our best" kind of tomorrow.

Why we exist

Honestly? Because the gift aisle is a graveyard of identical novelty mugs. We think a present should feel like the person who gave it actually paid attention — to who you are, what you're into, and the moment you're celebrating. Personalisation is the most underused trick in gifting, and getting it right (the design, the typography, the speed, the wrapping) is what we spend our days obsessing about.

We're a small team. We answer our own emails. We pack our own orders. The thank-you notes pinned above our desks are real. So is the swearing when the printer jams.
